Title: Teriyaki Flank Steak

Yield: 6 Servings

1 1/2 lb Flank steak 1/4 c Pineapple juice 2 tb Pineapple juice 1/4 c Soy sauce 2 tb Chopped onion 2 tb Vegetable oil 1 ts Ground ginger 2 tb Cider vinegar 1 tb Honey 1 Clove garlic

Trim excess fat from steak; place steak in a shallow container. Combine next 8 ingredients, stirring well. Pour marinade over steak. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Remove steak and reserve marinade. Grill steak 5 inches from hot coals 5-7 minutes on each side or until desired doneness. Baste with marinade during cooking. Garnish with onions.

**Note: Any steak may be substituted for flank.
